Find support for questions and technical problems when using Immodio.

### General information

* Safari on iOS (iPhone or iPad).

### Help for the current page

The top help link opens information about your current view, such as the dashboard, operating cost statements, tenancies or applications.

### Knowledge and help

The help centre explains Immodio features, processes and frequently asked questions, from finding a home and applying for it to managing your current tenancy.

### Reporting technical problems

Click the question mark at the top of the screen and select **Report a bug**. This creates a screenshot automatically. You can also describe the problem in writing.

### Customer support

Your landlord, property manager or estate agent is your contact for questions about using Immodio and about your tenancy or application. Immodio provides the software and cannot answer individual tenancy or application questions.
