Immodio is software that makes the **entire letting and property management process digital and efficient**. Your landlord, property manager or estate agent uses Immodio to manage the letting process professionally and **simplify communication with you as a tenant**, from your application to your ongoing tenancy.

**With Immodio, tenants can manage everything relating to their home quickly and digitally:**

* Book viewing appointments
* Submit your rental application online
* Sign the tenancy agreement digitally
* Access important documents at any time, such as your tenancy agreement, confirmation of residence or handover reports
* Communicate directly with the landlord

<summary><strong>Is my data secure in Immodio?</strong></summary>

Yes. Your data is encrypted throughout transmission and storage.\
It is stored exclusively in modern data centres within Europe that are certified to ISO 27001.

Yes. Immodio is generally free for tenants to use.

<summary><strong>Do I need to register to use Immodio?</strong></summary>

<summary><strong>What should I do if I have forgotten my login details?</strong></summary>

On the login page, click **“Forgot password?”** to set a new password. The link will be sent to your registered email address.

<summary><strong>How can I request a viewing appointment?</strong></summary>

<summary><strong>How can I tell the landlord that I am no longer interested?</strong></summary>

If you decide not to rent a property during the application process, you can let the landlord know under [**“Applications”**](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung.md) by clicking **“No longer interested”** in the relevant application. The landlord will be notified.

<summary><strong>How can I apply for a property?</strong></summary>

After the viewing, you will receive a **notification from the landlord** if they are interested in letting the property to you. You can then **submit your application digitally through Immodio**. You can check its current status at any time under [**“Applications”**](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung.md) in your Immodio account.

<summary><strong>How can I reserve a property?</strong></summary>

Once you have received an offer from the landlord, you can reserve the property by clicking [**“Reserve property”**](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung/3.-wohnung-reservieren.md) under [**“Applications”**](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung.md). By reserving, you make a binding commitment and the landlord starts preparing the tenancy agreement.

<summary><strong>How can I view my draft tenancy agreement?</strong></summary>

Once the tenancy agreement has been prepared, you will receive an email notification. You can find the draft in Immodio under [**“Tenancies”** ](/en/anleitung/mietverhaltnisse.md)in the **“Documents”** tab by clicking [**“View draft”**](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung/mietvertrag-unterschreiben.md#entwurf-anzeigen).

<summary><strong>How can I sign my tenancy agreement?</strong></summary>

Under [**“Tenancies”**](/en/anleitung/mietverhaltnisse.md) **> “Documents”**, sign the draft tenancy agreement by clicking **“Sign”**. If there are several applicants, everyone must sign before the agreement is sent to the landlord for countersignature. <summary><strong>How can I delete my Immodio account?</strong></summary>

You can delete your account yourself at any time.\
Go to the **person icon** at the top right and select **“My data”**. In the expandable menu, you will find the **“Delete account”** button. Please note that all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
