# Tenancy details

The **Details** tab groups information about your tenancy by topic, so you can access it wherever you are.

The information displayed in the tenancy details is for guidance. The terms of your signed tenancy agreement are legally binding.

## Changes

During your tenancy, the landlord or property manager can record changes in Immodio, including changes to:

* **Net base rent**.
* **Operating costs**.

Current changes appear above the tenancy details in the **Details** tab.

### Changes to rent and operating costs

When the net base rent, operating cost advance payment or flat rate changes, the new amount due appears under **Details**. Make sure future rent payments match the amount shown from its effective date.
