# Tenancies

Once the landlord has prepared a tenancy agreement for you, your tenancy appears under “Tenancies”. There, you can [view the draft tenancy agreement](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung/mietvertrag-unterschreiben.md#entwurf-anzeigen) and then [sign it digitally](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung/mietvertrag-unterschreiben.md). You can also view important documents relating to your tenancy, such as the signed tenancy agreement or the [confirmation of residence](/en/wissen/glossar-fur-mieter.md#wohnungsgeberbestatigung).
