# The application process at a glance

Learn how the rental application process works in Immodio.

### Request a viewing appointment

You need a **viewing link** from the landlord, property manager or estate agent. It takes you directly to the appointments for the property.

### View the property

Once the landlord confirms your request, you receive an email and a notification in Immodio, including the property's exact address.

Arrive on time and use the viewing to ask any questions. You do not need to bring application documents: you can submit them digitally afterwards.

### Submit your application

After the viewing, the landlord may request your application documents. You receive an email notification.

Open **Applications** and select **Complete application**. Enter your personal details, upload the required documents and add other applicants if needed. Then send the application to the landlord.

### Reserve the property

If the landlord selects you, you receive a notification. Select **Reserve property** to submit your reservation. The landlord then prepares the tenancy agreement and provides it digitally in Immodio.

If you are no longer interested, you can notify the landlord through Immodio.

### Sign the tenancy agreement

Once the landlord finishes preparing the agreement, you receive an email notification. Open **Tenancies** to review the draft and sign it digitally.
