# Reserve the property

If the landlord selects you as the new tenant, you will be notified by email. You can see this offer in Immodio under **“Applications”**. Click **“Reserve property”** to confirm that you would like to rent the property. The landlord will then start preparing the tenancy agreement.

If you have changed your mind, you can also let the landlord know directly through Immodio. Use the **“No longer interested”** button.
