# Personal details

## 1. Basic details

Review the basic details entered for each applicant. For newly added applicants, you must enter all their basic details from scratch.

## 2. Tenant information form

The tenant information form must be completed fully and truthfully. To submit your application to the landlord, every applicant must complete their own tenant information form.

Please note that the landlord may discover incorrect or incomplete information in the tenant information form even at a later stage. This can lead to the tenancy agreement being challenged or the tenancy being terminated.

## 3. Document upload

Upload all the documents required for your application here. If there are several applicants, make sure each document is assigned to the correct person. The following documents are generally required. Missing documents can significantly reduce your application's chances of success.

* **Identity document** (identity card or passport)\
  *Note: if you provide an itsmydata tenant dossier, you do not need to upload an identity document separately.*\

* **Proof of income for the last three months**\
  For example, payslips, pension statements or proof of social benefits.\

* **Proof of creditworthiness**\
  For example, an itsmydata credit report or a current SCHUFA report.\

* **Other documents**\
  For example, an employment contract for a new job or confirmation from your current landlord if you have an adverse credit record.
