# Viewing waiting list

Learn how to join a viewing waiting list when no appointments are available.

If no viewing appointments are available, you can join the waiting list. The landlord is notified automatically and can add more appointments. Appointments may also become available when someone cancels.

### Join the waiting list

Open the viewing link from the landlord. If all appointments are taken, select **Join waiting list**.

### Register and provide your details

Create a **free Immodio account** with a valid email address and a password of your choice. You can then log in at [www.immodio.app](https://www.immodio.app) to check for new appointments.

Select **Next**, enter your personal details and select **Next** again.

Enter information about your household and select **Request viewing appointment** to complete your waiting list request. The landlord is notified automatically.

### Verify your email address

Open the verification email from Immodio and click its link. A verified email address is required for notifications about new appointments and later application updates.

### Check available appointments

Appointments may become available when the landlord adds more times or another applicant cancels.

1. Open **Applications**.
2. Select **Check time slots**.

You can now see any available appointments.

3. Select an available time slot.
4. Confirm with **Request alternative time slot**.

Your appointment request is now complete.
