# Applications

**Under “Applications”**, you can see the current status of your viewing requests and rental applications.

The application process in Immodio works as follows:

* To book a viewing appointment, you need a **personal link** from your landlord, property manager or estate agent.
* This link takes you directly to the viewing schedule for the property.

### Attend the viewing

* Once the landlord has confirmed your viewing request, you will receive an email and a notification in Immodio, including the property's exact address.
* Arrive on time and use the opportunity to ask any outstanding questions in person.

* After the viewing, the landlord may request your application documents. You will be notified by email.
* Under “Applications”, click “Complete application” to open the digital application. Complete the tenant information form, upload your documents, add other applicants if needed and submit your application.

### [Reserve the property](/en/anleitung/bewerbung-auf-eine-wohnung/3.-wohnung-reservieren.md)

* If the landlord selects you as the new tenant, you will receive an offer. If you would like to reserve the property, click **“Reserve property”** under “Applications”. The landlord will then start preparing the tenancy agreement.
* If you are no longer interested, you can also let the landlord know.

* Under “Tenancy”, you can view the draft tenancy agreement and sign it digitally. Congratulations on your new home!
