Notices are a **digital noticeboard** in the tenant portal. Your landlord or property manager uses them to share important information with tenants in the building.

* Notices contain general information relevant to several or all tenants.
* You cannot reply directly to a notice or leave comments.
* Notices are visible to all tenants in the relevant building.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have a question about a notice, use [**Messages**](/en/anleitung/nachrichten.md) to contact your landlord or property manager.
